With Capital for Kids 2016 right around the corner, we thought it was only fitting to take a look back at last November’s eleventh annual fundraising event! As always, it was such an honor for us to coordinate this purpose-driven celebration for Capital for Kids, an incredible organization we’ve been working with for nine years.

CFK is a network of volunteer professionals from within the investment management business that is dedicated to making a difference through the support of organizations that educate, protect, and encourage at-risk children across North Texas. While the organization’s mission always remains the same, we have loved helping the CFK team dream up a fresh party atmosphere each year. From carhops to cowboys, each event has been defined by a unique theme. For 2015 that theme was “Rooted in Your Generosity.”
Upon arrival guests walked beneath an intricate, modern archway and entered Sixty Five Hundred, which was transformed into a clean and contemporary forest thanks to wooden accents, gorgeous green lighting from BEYOND, and custom décor and signage from Stage Works. After placing bids on auction items ranging from sports memorabilia to escape packages from luxe resorts, guests enjoyed earthy sips from our “Garden to Glass” bar. Delicious catering was provided by F2M Hospitality with decadent treats from Emporium Pies providing a sweet finish to the evening!
